Ryan Goes to SCAD

I've been accepted to Ringling.............. but not for computer animation

After a few hours of mourning, I've gotten over it. Really. I haven't given SCAD enough credit, and upon looking into the school, i am genuinely excited to go.

This is also a good wake up call, and should lure me out of a sense of complacency. I can't expect to have things handed to me. I am also learning that I need to start working now, and not just think about starting later. If I started working my hardest a year, even six months ago, my portfolio would have been much, much stronger.

So, I'll work hard at SCAD, hopefully I'll love it, and above all I'll trust that God's plan is better than my own.
